SHIPPING & HANDLING
Because our items are handmade, it can take a few days or longer until the order can be processed. Once the order is ready, we will ship according to your chosen method and email the tracking number to you so you will know when to expect the delivery.
We offer Registered Mail, EMS and FedEx and the shipping fees are priced according to the country to be delivered to.
Registered mail takes about 12-14 days.
EMS between 3-5 business day
FedEx between 2-3 days
FedEx also offers express delivery for an additional fee.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order and it is still in new condition, you can contact us to return it up to 14 days or alternatively, exchange it for something else.
If your purchase has a faulty part, we will replace or repair it as your item is covered by the lifetime warranty.
If your purchase has been damaged for some other reason such as breakage due to falling or being crushed or any other such inadvertent occurrence, we will repair or replace according to cost.
If an earring has been lost, you do not need to purchase a new set. A single can be purchased to complete the pair.
We will polish and re-plate at no cost.
We are not responsible for repairs gone wrong by another jeweler. i.e. If you resize your ring by another jeweler and there is damage done to the ring, we are not responsible and any repairs we need to perform will be at cost. Always contact us if you would like changes done to your item.
